| 理學(xué)博士,主要從事海洋生物分子生態(tài)學(xué)研究,著重研究海洋生物群體遺傳學(xué)、入侵遺傳學(xué)和繁殖生物學(xué)等相關(guān)工作。系統(tǒng)揭示了脈紅螺的繁殖行為特征,查明了脈紅螺精子競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模式,驗(yàn)證了雌性多次交配行為的非適應(yīng)性進(jìn)化機(jī)制;采用微衛(wèi)星標(biāo)記查明了脈紅螺本土群體與入侵群體間遺傳關(guān)系,結(jié)合相關(guān)脈紅螺生物入侵背景資料,推測(cè)了脈紅螺生物入侵的可能路徑,揭示了脈紅螺入侵事件的全景;從全基因組層面對(duì)我國(guó)境內(nèi)松江鱸種群遺傳特征參數(shù)進(jìn)行了精確解析,確定了我國(guó)境內(nèi)松江鱸的進(jìn)化顯著單元和管理單元,為松江鱸這一瀕危魚(yú)類(lèi)的保護(hù)和遺傳管理方案的制定提供了科學(xué)依據(jù);基于RAD-seq數(shù)據(jù)研發(fā)了一種快速高效開(kāi)發(fā)微衛(wèi)星位點(diǎn)的方法—“RAD-seq-優(yōu)化組裝-微衛(wèi)星批量開(kāi)發(fā)”,為非模式生物的微衛(wèi)星位點(diǎn)快速搞笑開(kāi)發(fā)提供了方法支撐。先后主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年基金一項(xiàng),面上項(xiàng)目一項(xiàng);累計(jì)發(fā)表科研論文31篇,其中SCI論文27篇(第一作者11篇),中文核心4篇(第一作者2篇)。 |
