| 理學(xué)博士,研究方向?yàn)楹Q笊飳W(xué),主要從事海洋貝類病害防控和免疫機(jī)制研究,涉及貝類抗性性狀改良和良種培育工作。從分子流行病學(xué)角度,分離鑒定了多株海洋貝類文蛤的致病菌,并對(duì)致病菌的致病機(jī)理、致病條件進(jìn)行了深入研究,通過(guò)不斷的條件摸索,構(gòu)建了穩(wěn)定的人工攻毒體系并應(yīng)用于文蛤等貝類抗性品種培育,先后培育了多個(gè)抗病力顯著提高的文蛤品系;從宿主角度研究了貝類抗病的分子機(jī)制,篩選到一些潛在的抗性標(biāo)記;研究了文蛤殼色形成機(jī)制,并對(duì)殼色與抗病力之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了探索。已發(fā)表SCI論文20余篇,獲得授權(quán)發(fā)明專利1項(xiàng),主持、參與了包括國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、國(guó)家“藍(lán)色糧倉(cāng)科技創(chuàng)新”重點(diǎn)專項(xiàng)等在內(nèi)的多項(xiàng)研究課題,參與文蛤“科浙1號(hào)”新品種的培育工作,獲省級(jí)獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)。 |
