| 理學(xué)博士,研究方向?yàn)榉肿由鷳B(tài)學(xué),用分子生物學(xué)手段研究特殊海洋生態(tài)現(xiàn)象,揭示環(huán)境與生物相互關(guān)系。在深海生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的研究方面,聚焦于深海生物的適應(yīng)性進(jìn)化,利用基因組、宏基因組、宏轉(zhuǎn)錄組等多組學(xué)手段,研究深海偏頂蛤極端環(huán)境適應(yīng)性遺傳機(jī)制,揭示了共附生菌在深海偏頂蛤適應(yīng)高硫化物、高重金屬等深海特殊環(huán)境中發(fā)揮的關(guān)鍵作用及其進(jìn)化機(jī)制,提出了深海偏頂蛤及其共附生菌協(xié)同的硫化物解毒模型。在近海生態(tài)系統(tǒng)研究方面,關(guān)注海洋生態(tài)災(zāi)害的發(fā)生過程和機(jī)制,利用分子生物學(xué)研究手段對(duì)海洋生態(tài)災(zāi)害進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)和預(yù)測(cè),探索海洋生態(tài)災(zāi)害發(fā)生的內(nèi)在遺傳機(jī)制。迄今共發(fā)表SCI論文20余篇,其中第一作者或共同第一作者在Nature Ecology & Evolution、Science of the Total Environment、Molecular Ecology Resources等期刊發(fā)表SCI文章7篇;主持和參與國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金,國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃等項(xiàng)目十余項(xiàng)。
