主要從事棘皮動(dòng)物體色調(diào)控機(jī)制與基因編輯育種等方面研究,在原理認(rèn)知層面,揭示了刺參體色調(diào)控機(jī)制,闡明了棘皮動(dòng)物體色生態(tài)適應(yīng)特征;在技術(shù)突破層面,構(gòu)建了刺參基因編輯技術(shù)體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)了棘皮動(dòng)物順式調(diào)控元件高效編輯;在良種創(chuàng)制層面,作為第三完成人培育了紫刺參品系,助力了棘皮動(dòng)物產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。相關(guān)研究成果發(fā)表第一作者SCI論文11篇,參編中文專著2部、英文專著1部,授權(quán)第一發(fā)明人專利4項(xiàng),主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃子課題等項(xiàng)目5項(xiàng)。曾獲海洋科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)、中國(guó)科學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)、中國(guó)科學(xué)院海洋研究所“優(yōu)秀博士后”出站獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)等榮譽(yù)。兼任中國(guó)海洋湖沼學(xué)會(huì)棘皮動(dòng)物分會(huì)副秘書(shū)長(zhǎng),F(xiàn)rontiers in Marine Science、Frontiers in Physiology編委,中國(guó)科學(xué)院大學(xué)本科招生山東招生組專家,中國(guó)科學(xué)院海洋研究所研究生班主任等。 |
